Nail Salon FAQ
Here are some common questions and concerns that many of
our clients have when planning a visit to our nail salon. If you have

Yes! We are currently following guidelines from Toronto Public Health which suggests limiting the number of people in our facilities. In order to better serve you we ask you book online or by calling in. This way we can make sure you have a very clean and safe environment.
There is a 1 hour window to reschedule your appointment before your scheduled time. If you booked online, you would have received an email to reschedule. Otherwise no matter how you have booked, you can call in and speak with us.
We know some services can be long and tedious, we ask that you finish all foods and drinks before entering the salon, or store them away as they are prohibitied by Toronto Health in Personal Service Settings at the current time.
While you are welcome to use your phone, we do have to note that sometimes distractions can lead to unwanted results during the procedure.
We follow all recommended guidelines provided by the Toronto Public Health which notable includes:
- Customer and Employee Screening
- Contact Tracing
- PPE
- Scheduled appointments
- Single-use are disposed after each client
- Enhanced disinfection and sanitization
- Safety Plan
